While the architect was finalizing the design of our house, we realized that we needed additional help with the endless choices that follow and began working with BrittHill then. Our initial meetings focused on the small details that matter so much in the end – window and door styles, exterior colors (roofing, walls and trim), cabinets, flooring, countertops, moldings, interior colors and then on to furniture and draperies. BrittHill led us at every decision point by proposing several workable options within the color/style themes that we initially chose while letting us make the final selections. BrittHill also excelled on the business side. They were always on time and prepared for meetings, but more importantly, were diligent in managing the cost side too. In every case, their cost estimates and their final invoices were “spot on”. That is not easy to do, especially today. Their impact on the final design was huge, they managed cost and schedule well and we are very happy with the result.
