Brittany and Hillary have been steadily walking towards the same destination since 2006, when they started pursuing their Bachelor's degree in Interior Design at IADT, Las Vegas. Shortly after graduation, they started pursuing interior design professionally and dived deeper into the intricate crevices of the industry by working on exciting projects with diverse clients.
Empowered by their dynamic experience and expertise, they decided to create a space that fuels the design industry with unique ideas. Bringing out fascinating flavors in every tiny detail, from tiles to countertops, lighting to accessories, they're thoroughly polished in the art of upgrading your space in style.
Established in 2017, Britt Hill Interiors has become a highly sought after and award-winning Interior Design firm residing in Prairieville, Louisiana. Brittany Comeaux and Hillary Smith are a powerhouse team, ready to go the extra mile to create flawless interiors for their clients. Their newly renovated 8,000 square foot showroom, full design firm, and creative space showcases custom furniture, window treatments, lighting, accessories, wall decor, accessories, gifts, and much more! Brittany Peltier Comeaux
Born with Southern charm and a West Coast creative spirit, Brittany brings a unique blend of Louisiana-inspired warmth and refined design expertise to every space she touches.
After earning her degree in interior design and sharpening her skills in Las Vegas across the worlds of furniture, lighting, and full-scale luxury design, Brittany returned home to Baton Rouge in 2011—bringing big vision and deep roots with her. Today, she leads the design team at Britt Hill Interiors, transforming spaces into curated reflections of her clients’ lifestyles.
When she’s not juggling design projects, perfecting palettes, or sourcing the perfect textiles, you’ll find Brittany: Organizing, exploring new restaurants and cuisines (with at least ten sauces on the table), and living her best life, traveling every chance she gets.
Hillary Hearne Smith
After earning her degree in interior design, Hillary moved to California and worked for a retail furniture manufacturer, where she helped design the prototype for Bare Essentials retail spaces. It was there that she discovered her love for custom furnishings and thoughtful details.
A pivotal call from Brittany rerouted her from a big-city move to Prairieville, where their creative chemistry quickly sparked a partnership. In 2017, Britt Hill Interiors was born.
Hillary brings not only her design expertise, but also her faux finishing background, knowledge of custom stone techniques, business mindset and one-of-a-kind style. She’s known for:Painting custom accents into her work, balancing being a new mom while running a thriving business, creating rooms that feel both curated and collected, and organizing schedules, spreadsheets, and new construction projects from start to finishIf you spot something beautifully unexpected in a space, it might just have Hillary’s touch.
Hannah Carls
Hannah brings a fresh perspective to residential design with her Bachelor of Art in Interior Design from LSU. Specializing in remodels, space planning, window treatments, and comprehensive furnishing and lighting design, she creates spaces that are both functional and deeply personal.
Hannah's signature style blends traditional and eclectic elements, combining vintage furniture with modern art and accessories to craft spaces that are moody yet serene. She approaches each project as a blank canvas, allowing her clients' visions and needs to guide the creative process while bringing her expertise to make those dreams a reality.
Central to Hannah's practice is building genuine partnerships with her clients. She believes that continuous communication and establishing a personal connection are essential to successful design outcomes.
